In order to gain the most financial benefit from the scholarship The Feakins Foundation these local universities and colleges that meet our requirements. We are continually looking to grow our network of partner collages in the local area.
Our recommended Universities are Colleges, Universities, Trade Schools or similar post-secondary education that is described in Section 170(b)(l)(A)(ii) of the Code, that is focused on providing affordable, career-ready associate and bachelor’s degrees to low-income, first generation students, and that is willing to accept our scholarships as well as work with our foundation. It is the desire of the Foundation that Universities offer associate’s degrees for approximately $15,000 or less and Bachelor’s degrees for $38,000 or less. Select Universities will also allow students to apply for their own private grants in addition to our scholarship.
