The following preliminary application determines general eligibility for the Scholarship. Once all information is received by the foundation our board will review your application and provide feedback on the outcome before the start of the semester. Please download and complete the scholarship application and email it to info@feakinsfoundation.org  to be considered for next available scholarship.
